Menu Configuration Options

Available For

Under the Available For section, you can define the service type for this menu. There are three options:

  • Dine In – For customers dining at your outlet
  • Takeaway – For customers ordering takeaway
  • Delivery – For orders fulfilled through delivery services

Selecting the correct option ensures the right menu is shown based on the customer’s ordering channel.

Display Channels (Device)

You can also decide where this menu will be displayed:

  • IDEPOS – The menu will be available on the POS system
  • IDEFOOD – The menu will appear on the online ordering page
  • IDEKIOSK – The menu will be displayed on self-service kiosks

You may select one or multiple channels depending on your operational needs.

IDECONNECT (Delivery Platform Integration)

Under IDECONNECT, you can choose which external delivery platforms will display this menu:

  • GOFOOD
  • GRABFOOD
  • Lalamove

This allows you to control menu visibility across different third-party delivery services.
