Overview
Digital Stamp is the online version of the classic “buy 9, get the 10th free” stamp card. Members collect stamps on each qualifying purchase, and when they reach the milestones you set, they unlock rewards — points, a discount, a free item, or a move up to the next tier. It’s one of the best ways to turn one-time customers into regulars.
This is part of the loyalty series.
Note Digital Stamp is a Full plan feature. On the Lite plan the page shows an upgrade prompt instead.
How It Works
- You create a stamp campaign with an earning rule and one or more reward levels.
- A member collects stamps whenever they make a qualifying purchase.
- Reaching a level’s stamp target unlocks that level’s reward.
Note Stamps are only earned on paid or completed orders that have a member attached. A walk-in or unpaid order earns nothing.
Creating a Stamp Campaign
In the Loyalty app, open Digital Stamp and start a new stamp card. Setup is a two-step wizard.

Step 1 — General Settings
- Campaign Name — up to 50 characters.
- Valid for Stores — pick which stores the campaign runs in (or select All Stores).
- Order Type — which order types count: Dine In, Takeaway, and/or Delivery.
- Validity Period — a Start Time, End Time, and Timezone for the campaign.
- Reset after completion? — if Yes, a fresh stamp card starts automatically once a member finishes all milestones.
- Enable rewards stacking with — optionally let stamp rewards combine with Vouchers and/or Points on the same order.

Step 2 — Earning Rule & Rewards
Click Next to review earning rule:
- Order every — the member earns 1 stamp per item from a selected item set (order 2 qualifying items, earn 2 stamps).

- Spend every — the member earns 1 stamp for every set amount spent (amount paid, excluding tax).
You can also set a Max Stamps per Order/Day cap (Unlimited or Limited). Leave it Unlimited if you don’t want a cap.

Levels and Rewards
Each Level is a milestone: the total number of stamps needed to unlock its reward. For example, Level 1 at 10 stamps and Level 2 at 20 stamps — so the full card here is 20 stamps.
- Stamp targets must increase with each level.
- You can add as many levels as you need (at least one).
For each level, pick a reward type:
- Points — award a set number of loyalty points.
- Discount Item — a discount on selected item(s), as a Fixed Discount, a Percentage Discount, or a Free Item (a 100% discount on the chosen item).
- Tier Upgrade — move the member up one tier (see the Tiers & Segments guide).

Note For a Discount Item reward, the member chooses one item from the reward list you select for that level.
When Rewards Are Given
Stamps and rewards are processed as soon as the order is paid or completed. Points and Tier Upgrade rewards are granted automatically, while a Discount Item / Free Item reward becomes available for the member to use on their next order.

Note
Redeeming on the Kiosk: Express Code required
On a self-service Kiosk there's no cashier to look up a member by phone number, so members identify themselves with an Express Code — a short, 6-character code generated from their member account. At the Kiosk the member enters this code, the system verifies it, and their membership is attached to the order. Only then can they redeem points or use member rewards/vouchers on that purchase. Without a valid Express Code, the Kiosk treats the order as a regular (non-member) sale, so no points are earned or redeemed. The code is single-member and verified each time it's entered, so members should generate a fresh code from their account when they're ready to order.

Status & Scheduling
A campaign’s status is based on its dates and whether it’s switched on:
- Pending — scheduled, but its start time hasn’t arrived yet.
- Active — currently running.
- Inactive — switched off.
- Expired — past its end time.
Note You can’t run two overlapping campaigns in the same store at the same time — their validity periods can’t overlap. Plan your campaign dates so one starts after the previous one ends.
Editing, Duplicating & Deleting
From the campaign list you can Preview, Edit, Duplicate, Delete, or switch a campaign on/off.
Caution A campaign can only be fully edited or deleted while it’s Pending (scheduled but not started). Once a campaign is Active, you can only add more stores to it — you can’t change its rules or rewards. Set everything up carefully before the start time. To change a running campaign’s rewards, duplicate it and schedule the new one.
Best Practices
- Keep the goal reachable — a card that takes too many visits discourages customers.
- Use “Reset after completion” for an ongoing program; leave it off for a one-time promotion.
- Use a Max Stamps per Order/Day cap if you don’t want large single orders to complete a card instantly.
- Double-check your earning rule, levels, and dates before the start time — an active campaign can’t be edited.
